For Staff Augmentation, we present a shortlist of vetted candidates within 24–72 hours. The full hiring cycle (interviews, selection, onboarding) typically takes 5–10 business days. For Dedicated Teams and End-to-End projects, timelines depend on scope, but we give you a clear, transparent schedule during the discovery phase.

Do you offer a trial period or any guarantee?

Yes. For most engagements we offer a risk-free trial period (typically 2–4 weeks). During this time you can evaluate the specialist(s) or the team's performance, code quality, and collaboration. If it's not a fit, we part ways with no hard feelings – or we quickly replace the resource at no extra cost.
