For Staff Augmentation, we present a shortlist of vetted candidates within 24–72 hours. The full hiring cycle (interviews, selection, onboarding) typically takes 5–10 business days. For Dedicated Teams and End-to-End projects, timelines depend on scope, but we give you a clear, transparent schedule during the discovery phase.
Who communicates with us during the engagement?
A named delivery lead owns coordination and reporting, alongside the specialists doing the work, with an agreed communication rhythm and overlap hours.
Can I review CVs and interview candidates before they join?
Absolutely. For both Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Teams, you always review detailed profiles and conduct interviews with the shortlisted specialists before any engagement begins. We also share our internal technical scoring and seniority assessment for each candidate.
How is delivery reported and how are risks escalated?
Regular delivery reporting, reviews and retros, with risks raised early and escalated through the delivery lead with a clear plan.
What is your pricing and estimation process?
