Build real products for real clients — from anywhere

We are a distributed team of engineers, AI specialists, designers, and digital marketers working on long-term projects for US and European companies. If you want ownership, challenging work, and a team that takes craft seriously — we'd like to hear from you.

Why .wrk

What makes working here different

Real ownership

You own your work end-to-end. No ticket-pushing — you contribute to decisions, architecture, and quality from day one.

Interesting domains

Media and publishing, healthcare, fintech, enterprise platforms, and AI-powered products. Work that is technically and contextually challenging.

Remote by default

Distributed team, async-first culture, and time-zone overlap when the project needs it. Work from where you do your best work.

Stable long-term projects

Most engagements run for a year or more. You get time to understand the product, grow inside the domain, and make a real impact.

Experienced team

You will work alongside seniors who care about code quality, good process, and honest communication — not just closing tickets.

NDA-safe environment

Many projects run under NDA. We protect client and team confidentiality, and we expect the same in return.
