Absolutely. For both Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Teams, you always review detailed profiles and conduct interviews with the shortlisted specialists before any engagement begins. We also share our internal technical scoring and seniority assessment for each candidate.
Do you offer a trial period or any guarantee?
Yes. For most engagements we offer a risk-free trial period (typically 2–4 weeks). During this time you can evaluate the specialist(s) or the team's performance, code quality, and collaboration. If it's not a fit, we part ways with no hard feelings – or we quickly replace the resource at no extra cost.
